Kallula Apparel ships FREE to Canada and the United States when ordering a minimum of $60.00 worth of merchandise! A flat rate of $10.00 will be applied to all orders under $60.00. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order confirmation and 4-10 business days to receive your order. All merchandise that is discounted is final sale. A flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies to all sales.
Returning an item
If you are not satisfied with your Kallula Apparel purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of the date of reception as long as the garment has not been worn or altered and the hang tags are still attached. All garments are subject to inspection and proof of payment must accompany the return.
1. Place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all tags.
2. Include a copy of your packing slip within the package, and highlight the item(s) being returned.
3. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you how to proceed. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
Exchanging an item of the same style
It is possible to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same style. If the item you would like to exchange is no longer available at the same price, please contact us by email at email@example.com before attempting to return, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
If the item you would like to exchange is still available at the same price, simply place a new online order and return the original item for a full refund by following the procedure above for returns. You will receive your new item much faster.
Return shipping charges are a flat rate of $10 and once we receive your return, we will quickly refund the returned items on the credit card used for the original transaction. Our mats can only be returned if they have not been removed from their original packaging or if there is a manufacturer’s defect. Similar to our garments, you have 14 days from the date of reception to return the mat. Please send us a picture of the defect before returning the mat to email@example.com and wait for a member of our team to respond to you with further instructions. For hygienic purposes, mats cannot be returned after packaging (i.e. the poster wrap around the mat) has been removed.
At Kallula Apparel, we guarantee all our products against defects for one year from the purchase date. Our warranty only applies to defects that appear during the intended use of the product. If you find your product to be defective within a year of purchase, simply provide us with your order number and a picture of the defect for our warranty department at firstname.lastname@example.org
